NSGB Overview
The Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association (BASA) is the governing body for the sport of swimming in Bermuda. It is a non-profit organization that is affiliated with the Bermuda Olympic Association (BOA) and the Fédération Internationale de Natation (FINA).
The BASA is responsible for organizing and promoting swimming competitions in Bermuda, selecting and managing the Bermuda National Swimming Team, and developing the sport of swimming in Bermuda at all levels.
The BASA offers a variety of programs for swimmers of all ages and abilities, including Learn to Swim programs, competitive swimming programs, and masters swimming programs. The BASA also provides training and support for swimming coaches and officials.
The BASA is a vital part of the Bermuda sporting community and plays an important role in promoting the sport of swimming, developing swimming talent, and representing Bermuda in international competitions.
